At Glowforge Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your precision cutting equipment; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select 'Return Item' next to your order history to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Carefully repackage your Glowforge printer and accessories in the original specialized foam packaging to ensure the laser tube and internal components are protected during transit.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
